Courses are taught by Richard L. Hill is the Founder and Lead Instructor for Oodaloop International. Mr. Hill comes from a highly specialized background of Law Enforcement, and Personal Security Field. He is a master class shooter/IDPA/USPSA , NRA Certified Instructor, served in Iraq conducting Personal Security & Firearms Training as well as Ballistic Expert. For the past 27 years Richard has been devoted to protecting, serving and teaching teammates and clients in the public and private sectors all over the globe.

This course provides a solid foundation of defensive pistol shooting skills. Designed for shooters with little to no previous experience with the handgun. This course covers gun safety, the combat mindset, marksmanship fundamentals, and core pistol manipulative skills to include the draw, reloads, malfunction clearance and use of cover/concealment. Our time proven instructional techniques combine class room instruction with intensive practical live fire application to provide a highly effective learning experience.

Tactical Rifle

Police Shotgun & Tactical Rifle combination of both weapons strengths and weaknesses regarding police usage.

In this class you will learn the fundamentals of firearms as well as basic firearm safety. You will have the opportunity to handle and fire several different handguns. This will help you as you decide which handgun fits you best. Without having to spend a lot of money on something that does not work for you or fit you. Purchasing a handgun and training is a big investment and commitment. Ensure you are getting the best for your dollar and make sure you learn the correct way the first time. With all the options available how do you decide which gun is for you? The gun store has an interest in selling you a gun so you may not always get the best advice on what fits you personally just what is in stock or costs the most.

By the end of this class you will be fully prepared to purchase your first gun or to properly use your gun. As well as be prepared to shoot the qualifying portion of the CHL exam.


Executive Protection State Department Type Training.
This intensive 7-day course is designed to prepare individuals to provide high-risk security operations in NON-permissive environments (Iraq, Afghanistan, Africa, Pakistan, etc.). The procedures and tactics presented during the training are the same methods used when providing security in today’s most demanding locations. Real-world scenarios based on documented events and their own experiences during overseas operations.

  • 500 pistol rounds and 1,000 carbine rounds

    Skill Requirements:  Pistol/Carbine, Carbine Operator or equivalent. Students for this class will be  pre-approved for course participation by Oodaloop Instructors.  The course is both mentally and physically challenging and will require each student to be well-trained with a handgun and carbine rifle. Participants MUST have advanced marksmanship skills prior to attending. Students will be removed from the course without refund if they do not meet firearms and physical standards (see below).

    Firearms Skills: Familiarity with reloading or clearing malfunctions of either firearm system, familiarity with sight-in procedures and adjustments of the carbine. Course participant must have the ability to shoot a three-inch target, at three yards, five times consecutively with a pistol. In addition, the student must have the ability to sight-in an M4 within five volleys of three rounds.
